Returns & Exchanges

In the event that you are not satisfied and you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 days of the receipt date. We will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN hats within 14 days of receipt of your order or if you return your purchase after this period but within 28 days, you may exchange the item for other merchandise. Please submit tickets to us from the contact-us page prior to your returns with your order number for the returning address.

You do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of returned or exchanged products. You must ensure that you return the original undamaged packaging along with the item/s you are unhappy with.

Returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After receiving your returned parcel, we will refund you via the original payment method used for purchase. Please be noted all returns will subject to a 15% restocking fee. Meanwhile, the original shipping charges shall be deducted from the refund amount. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been credit.

Exchanges:

Customers are responsible for shipping fees occurred during the exchange procedure. The exchange will be processed only after the original item is received. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned that we recommend all packages should be returned via a postal traceable way.
